Setting a location as primary

IT Glue lets you specify the primary location of the organization.

If a client moves or their primary location changes for any other reason, make sure you update the primary location in IT Glue.

If syncing with a PSA

Edit the primary location in your PSA, so that any dependent items within the PSA are adjusted as required.

To force the change to update in IT Glue:

  1. Click Organizations from the top navigation bar.
  2. If necessary, search for the organization.
  3. Click the organization.
  4. Click the Edit button (top right).
  5. Scroll down to the PSA sync status section and click Sync now.
  6. Click Save.

If not syncing with a PSA

  1. Click Organizations from the top navigation bar.
  2. If necessary, search for the organization.
  3. Click the organization.
  4. Click the Edit button (top right).
  5. Under Primary location, select the location, or click Add new to enter a location.
  6. Click Save.
