If you don't have access to the device you used to activate multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your account, you have two options to recover access to your account.
If you have your recovery token
Simply go to your IT Glue domain, enter your credentials, and then enter the recovery token in the MFA Code field.
This token expires after the first use. You’ll need to get your new MFA recovery token and store it in a secure place for future use.
If you didn't save the recovery token
If there are any other users with an Administrator role, they can reset your MFA (from the Edit User screen, click the Reset MFA link). You will be prompted to re-enable it when you sign in.
If you are the only user with an Administrator role, then you must submit a written request to us via the knowledge base. We will get in touch with you with the next steps.
