Purchasing MyGlue

Prerequisites

  • You must be an Administrator or a Manager who has access to all organizations.

Instructions

There are four ways to upgrade to MyGlue:

  • Using the Upgrade option in your MyGlue account
  • Using the Upgrade option under “Plan”
  • Using the Upgrade option in Billing under “Plan”
  • Using on Upgrade when prompted

Using the Upgrade option in your account

  1. Click Account from the top navigation bar.

  2. Click MyGlue from the sidebar.

  3. At the top right of the screen, click the Upgrade button.

  4. This will open a purchase window. Select Purchase.

  5. Click Purchase.

Using the Upgrade option in Plan

  1. Click Account from the top navigation bar.

  2. Click Plan from the sidebar.

  3. This will open a window with the option to upgrade. Select Upgrade.

  4. This will open the upgrade purchase window. Select Purchase.

Using the Upgrade option in Billing

  1. Click Account from the top navigation bar.

  2. Click Billing from the sidebar.

  3. This will open the upgrade purchase window. Select Purchase.

Using the Upgrade option when prompted

  1. If you have reached your total number of MyGlue licenses, and you attempt to add one or more MyGlue users on your account, you will be prompted to Upgrade to add unlimited MyGlue users.

  2. Select OK.
