Please note the Checklists Templates feature is only available to Admins and Managers.
As an Administrator or Manager you now have access to Checklists. This gives you the ability to create, view, update, or delete Checklist Templates from which you can base new Checklists.
Checklist templates let you create baselines of commonly executed checklists, such as client on-boarding or workstation setups, allowing you to save time when documenting commonly executed procedures.
Build your template
Follow these steps below to build a template.
1. Log into IT Glue and navigate to Account. Select Checklists Template under the Asset Templates section in the sidebar.
2. Select New on the Checklists list view screen.
3. Give your template a name and description.
4. Add a task by clicking on the Add task command.
When you navigate back to the dashboard and select Checklist Template, the one you have just created is visible.
