Announcing Ticket Integration

We are excited to announce a one-way ticket sync from ConnectWise and Autotask into IT Glue. We have created a new asset type in IT Glue, conveniently named “Tickets”, and this will be populated by your PSA when the sync is activated. Tickets synced will be automatically associated with configurations and contacts, provided these records already exist in IT Glue. Syncing tickets into IT Glue will centralize more documentation and allow you to relate SOPs, passwords and even Flexible Assets you already have in IT Glue.

You can also easily search for Tickets without having to leave what you are working on by pressing “T”. Please note, the keyboard shortcut for Contacts has been updated to “E”.
