Enriching IT Glue configurations with Network Glue data

This article explains how the additional data collected by the Network Glue Collector is displayed for existing IT Glue configurations. Additional data enriches the IT Glue configurations and allows you to easily search for device data.

Note: Data sent from the Collector to IT Glue is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) and uses a secure authentication mechanism with our back-end systems.

Instructions

The below table describes the data you will see in the IT Glue Configuration Show Page. This table is applicable to all four of the following scenarios:

  • Scenario 1: No PSA, no RMM, and Network Glue
  • Scenario 2: No PSA, RMM, and Network Glue
  • Scenario 3: PSA, no RMM, and Network Glue
  • Scenario 4: PSA, RMM, and Network Glue
